Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating a FormCraft account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. FormCraft is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use FormCraft to collect data illegally, send spam, distribute malware, impersonate others, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy without notice.
4. Intellectual property
You retain all ownership of the content you create (forms, questions, branding). By using the service you grant FormCraft a limited licence to host and display your content for the purpose of providing the service.
5. Free & PRO plans
The Free plan is provided at no cost with no uptime guarantees. PRO plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via our Status page at formcraft.io/status.
7. Limitation of liability
FormCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
