Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email address, password) when you register for a FormCraft account. We also collect information about how you use the service (pages visited, features used, form responses submitted through your forms) and standard server log data (IP address, browser type, referring URL).
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the FormCraft service, send transactional emails (password resets, form submission notifications), communicate updates or support responses, and analyse usage patterns to improve the product. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data storage & security
Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure located in the European Union (eu-west-1). We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+) for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. Form response data is stored in isolated databases per account. We perform regular backups and security audits.
4. Cookies
FormCraft uses essential cookies to keep you logged in, and analytics cookies (via Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics provider that does not use personal identifiers) to understand how the product is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
5. Third-party processors
We share data with Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), and AWS (infrastructure). Each is bound by a Data Processing Agreement. We do not share data with advertising networks.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your data from Account Settings โ Export. To request deletion, email privacy@formcraft.io and we will action it within 30 days.
7. Data retention
Active account data is retained for the life of your account. If you delete your account, personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate analytics are retained indefinitely.
