Fair Use Policy
What "unlimited" means in practice — and what it doesn't.

What "Unlimited" Means
CraftForm offers unlimited forms and unlimited responses on all plans, including the free tier. This means there are no hard caps on the number of forms you can create or the number of responses you can collect for legitimate business use.
"Unlimited" is intended for real-world usage by individuals, teams, and businesses — not for programmatic abuse, bulk automation, or reselling infrastructure.
Acceptable Use
- Lead generation, contact forms, and customer feedback for your business
- Surveys, quizzes, and research forms for your audience
- Internal forms for team operations, HR, and onboarding
- Client-facing forms built and managed on behalf of your clients

Prohibited Use
- Automated form submissions or bot traffic at scale
- Spam campaigns or unsolicited mass messaging via form integrations
- Reselling CraftForm infrastructure as a standalone service
