Common billing questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard under Billing — no cancellation fees, no questions asked. Your PRO features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing is $84/year (equivalent to $7/month, saving you $24/year). Switch to annual any time from your Billing page.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
All your responses and forms are preserved. You lose access to PRO-only features but no data is deleted.
